（3）注意保护好反应器头盖法兰面和垫片，在头盖及法兰上盖两层橡胶保护圈。
（4）催化剂在装填之前方可开桶，装填进度在允许的范围内应尽可能快，缩短催化剂暴露在大气中的时间，以减少催化剂吸潮。
(5) 散落在地或玷污的催化剂，不得装入反应器内。
（6）装填过程中，催化剂的自由落体高度<1m。
（7）装剂人员必须穿好洁净的工作服，进入反应器的人员要扎紧袖口、裤口，清除衣袋中的杂物，以防掉入反应器内。
（8）要求每种剂装完耙平一次，测量一次装填尺寸，计算装填堆比，以利于发现装填过程中的问题、确保装填质量。
（9）反应釜装填的催化剂要取10ml样品，留样待用。
（10）反应器平台与器内通讯联系，必须做到随时能够准确沟通，并且任何时候都必须留有两人以上。
（11）反应器内的催化剂装填完毕后，有关人员签字认可，将反应器内构件装上，并进行分配盘的水平测试，确认无误后封闭反应器头盖。
